• 10:30 AM – Seminar
• 11:30 AM – Baptism

Includes 1 pair of godparents (Ninong/Ninang)

Requirements for Baptism

• Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate
• Photocopy of parents’ marriage contract (if married)
• Certificate of No Record of Baptism from at least two parishes (for children aged 2 and above)
• Permission letter from your parish (for non-parishioners)

Notes

• Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All requirements and fees must be submitted at least one week before the scheduled baptism.
• Latecomers will not be accommodated for the baptism ceremony.

Claiming of Baptismal Certificate by a Representative

• Is it allowed? Yes
• Requirements:
  • Authorization letter signed by the document owner
  • Photocopy of a valid ID of the document owner
  • Claiming Fee: ₱100

Note:

You may claim the certificate within the day, as long as it has already been signed by the priest. If the signature is not yet available, we will advise you once it’s ready.
